Q: Do spinal adjustments hurt?

A: No! There are different techniques used in chiropractic care. Adjustments can be done in a completely pain-free manner. Our chiropractors always work within our patient’s comfort level.

Q: Do I need a doctor’s referral to be able to see a Chiropractor?

A: No! Seing a Chiropractor at our clinic does not require a GP referral. Our Chiropractors will perform thorough assessments as well as get a complete health history prior to delivering any treatment.

Q: Is Chiropractic treatment only beneficial for back pain?

A: No! Although back pain is one of the more common issues that our patients see us for, Chiropractic treatment can be beneficial for sciatica, migraines, and even poor sleep!

Q: Can children be seen by a Chiropractor?

A: Yes! Chiropractic care is safe and effective for children and babies too! Our Chiropractor Dr. Raji Thindal specializes in the chiropractic care of kids and infants.

Q: What is that sound that you hear during adjustments?

A: The sound that you hear during adjustments is not actually the sound of your bones cracking or rubbing together. It is actually the sound of gas being released from inside.

Q: Do Chiropractors only do adjustments?

A: No! Our Chiropractors do not only do adjustments. At our clinic, our Chiropractors also do soft tissue work as well.

Q: Is chiropractic treatment safe for patients over the age of 65?

A: Yes! Chiropractic treatment is safe for everyone. We kindly ask that you provide us with your complete health history and list of medications so our practitioners have all the information they need prior to adjustments.

Q: Is chiropractic treatment covered by extended health?

A: Yes! Many extended health companies cover Chiropractic treatment, however, this is specific to each plan and extended health company. If you’d like to be sure prior to your visit with us, you can visit our “Direct Billing” tab to check to see if we bill to your company. We also recommend that you reach out to your plan provider to confirm whether chiropractic treatment is covered under your plan, as they do not release this information to us.

Q: Can I see a chiropractor if I am pregnant?

A: Yes! All of our chiropractors have experience treating pregnant women. We have pregnancy pillows available for use during treatment to make sure that the entire process is comfortable and pain-free for our patients.

Q: Are all patients adjusted the same way?

A: No! Our practitioners work with each patient to come up with a specific treatment plan. Each patient is different, and your treatment should be too!
