Isaiah Jay

Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and is a BCAK-certified kinesiologist with a passion for helping people move with confidence and purpose. While at UBC, he worked as a student athletic trainer with varsity teams, where he gained hands-on experience in injury assessment, preventative athletic taping, and return-to-play protocols. He also holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, BLS, and HeadCheck concussion awareness.

Isaiah’s clinical background spans a wide range of populations—from children with chronic conditions to senior rugby players and Special Olympic athletes. This diverse experience has shaped his personalized, adaptable approach to care. He believes that movement is medicine and empowers his clients through tailored exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and functional movement coaching.

Isaiah values a team-based, interdisciplinary model of care and strives to create a welcoming, goal-driven environment for every client.

In his free time, Isaiah enjoys playing golf, volunteering as a football coach, and spending time with loved ones.
