How does ICBC Coverage work?
Step 1.
After a crash, you report your injuries to ICBC.
Step 2.
ICBC will provide you with a claim number that will be needed for our clinic to bill to them directly. You can then see a Health Care Provider of your choice.
Step 3.
Your provider assesses your injuries and creates a personalized treatment plan for you to follow.
Step 4.
You go for treatment and follow the treatment plan provided by your Health Care Provider.

Step 5.
You recover and return to your usual activities.

*The below sessions are only accessible within the 12-week Early Access period. If it has been more than 12 weeks since your motor vehicle accident, approval will need to be confirmed with your ICBC adjuster*

Important Information to Know
- Under your ICBC claim, ICBC only allows ONE Initial Assessment per treatment modality.
- With your ICBC claim, you are allowed to have more than 1 treatment type on the same day (e.g. The patient can book appointments to see a chiropractor and a registered massage therapist on the same day).
- ICBC does NOT cover late cancellations or no-show fees. The patient is responsible to pay for any fees incurred.
- With your ICBC claim, you are not allowed two treatments of the same type on the same day (e.g. a patient cannot book two chiropractic appointments in one day in order to have a longer session).
